There are several reasons why your promo code might not have worked:
- The code isn't valid for your items: Some promo codes are product-specific, so they might work for sandals, for example, but not sneakers.
- The code required a certain cart value: Some promotions are only valid once you spend a certain amount.
- The item you want is already on sale: Discount codes usually don't stack and can't be applied to items that are already discounted.
- The code is expired: Coupons expire eventually. We strive to keep track of expired coupons, but with so many shops online, some may slip through. If you try using a code and find it's expired, please let us know and we'll address it as quickly as possible.
