There are several reasons why your promo code may not have worked:
- The code may not be valid for the items in your cart. Some promo codes are specific to certain products, such as sandals but not sneakers.
- The code may require a minimum cart value to be eligible. Some promos are only valid once you spend a certain amount.
- The item you want may already be on sale. In most cases, discount codes do not stack with sale items.
- The code may be expired. All coupons eventually expire, and while efforts are made to keep track of expired coupons, sometimes they slip through. If you encounter an expired code, please let us know so we can address it promptly.
